We are committed to your complete satisfaction with our products, however, due to the nature of cosmetic products (lip products, eyeliners, glosses), returns are only accepted in the following cases: Manufacturing defect: if the product contains a manufacturing defect or damage before delivery. Product received broken or damaged: if the product arrived in an unsatisfactory condition, you must contact us immediately upon receipt with a clear picture of the product. Replacement conditions: the product is replaced with the same type or color matching the original order. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request a replacement. Used or opened products cannot be accepted for replacement unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. Important notes: replacement does not include open orders without defects or products that have been tested. All replacement shipments are the responsibility of the store if the defect is on our side, but if the customer chooses a different color not mentioned in the order, the customer bears the shipping difference.
